If anyone still reads this blog, it would be best if they say so now, as I am under the fine impression that no one does.
As stated above, I am impressed by the happy thought that this is an unread site. As it is such I post the following confession.
Most of those who know me think I am quite, sweet, gentle girl who is without opinion or sense of humor. Let me correct this. Those who know me, would say that I am a witty, opinionated, funny, outgoing but unsocial person with a tendency to be quiet in the company of persons whom I don't know. There, I've said it. I am ashamed to say that I lead a double life. I'm working on that though and hope soon to have corrected the problem with God's gracious help.

Actually, I still read it.
Thank you! I am curious, how did you find this blog? And thanks for reading it. =)
Brooke,
I still read your blog! I looked at your blog again this afternoon; I haven't had time recently to check up on it. I was encouraged by the evidence of God's grace that is displayed in your desire for humility. God is honored when we realize our need for His grace. One of the most meaningful sentences I have read outside of the Bible is, "Our best days are never so good that we are beyond the need of God's grace, and our worst days are never so bad that we are beyond the reach of God's grace." Jerry Bridges wrote this in his excellent book Discipline for Grace, explaining why we need to keep the gospel of Christ at the center of our sanctification. See you in Greek tomorrow! -Dan
You know, I can't remember how I found this blog, Brooke. It might have been via a comment you made on someone else's blog.
Anyway, I made my first comment on the Question of citizenship post last November.
John,
Wow time flys! November was a long time ago. =)
Dan,
Thanks for visiting again. That is a great quote! I'll have to look into that book...
